Principal
Jessica Sowell, M.Ed.
Email Jessica SowellJessica Sowell is a 2007 graduate of Splendora High School and has been in education since 2011. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2011 and earned her master's degree in Educational Technology Leadership from Lamar State University in 2019. Sowell served as a special education teacher for 5 years, then as a general education teacher in kindergarten and 1st grade, before becoming the Instructional Specialist at Peach Creek Elementary in 2018. During her time as the Instructional Specialist at Peach Creek Elementary, Sowell served on the team that created the Instructional Framework and supported teachers in their craft.
In 2020, Sowell became the Assistant Principal at Peach Creek Elementary. During this time, she fostered and continues to foster positive relationships with students. Sowell strives to ensure that all students are loved at Peach Creek Elementary and that they become learners both inside and outside the classroom. She supported teachers when Peach Creek Elementary piloted the Blended Learning model to ensure all teachers were successful and that every student's learning experience in the model was achieved. Sowell was very excited when the Dual Language program moved to Peach Creek Elementary to embrace all students' learning and cultures. She is passionate about students receiving learning experiences that deepen their understanding of concepts and make meaningful connections that mold them into lifelong learners.
Sowell fosters positive relationships with teachers, students, and parents. She celebrates all students in and outside the classroom for their individual strengths and talents; therefore, you have likely seen her around the community at UIL competitions, fine arts showcases, robotics competitions, the baseball field, or even the county livestock shows. Sowell met her husband, Wayne, at Splendora High School, and they have been married since 2011. They have two boys who currently attend the Coleman 6th-Grade Campus and Splendora High School. Sowell seeks to capture every child's heart and, as a mom, has embraced Capturing Kids' Hearts practices within her own household.

Assistant Principal
Kera Enloe-Firmin, M.Ed.
Email Kera Enloe-FirminKera Enloe-Firmin is honored and excited to return to the Wildcat community as the Assistant Principal of Peach Creek Elementary. A proud graduate of Splendora High School, the schools and educators of Splendora ISD played a significant role in shaping who she is today. Returning to serve the district that invested so much in her is both a privilege and a full-circle moment in her educational journey.
Mrs. Enloe-Firmin began her career in education at Splendora ISD, where she served as a substitute teacher, paraprofessional, and classroom teacher for a combined total of nine years. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of leadership roles, including District Instructional Coach and Assistant Principal at Shepherd ISD, as well as Assistant Principal at Hardin ISD. These experiences have strengthened her commitment to supporting student achievement, fostering strong instructional practices, and building meaningful relationships with students, staff, and families.
With 19 years of experience in education, Mrs. Enloe-Firmin is passionate about creating a positive school culture where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. She looks forward to partnering with the students, staff, and families of Peach Creek Elementary as the campus continues to build upon its tradition of excellence. As the saying goes, “Once a Wildcat, always a Wildcat,” and she is grateful for the opportunity to return home and give back to the district that helped shape her path as an educator and leader.

Assistant Principal
Lindsey Mixon, M.Ed.
Email Lindsey MixonLindsey Mixon began her teaching career in 2017 as a Kindergarten teacher at Graford ISD before moving back to the Houston area. She quickly found her home at Peach Creek Elementary and has loved every minute of the past seven years, teaching kindergarten, first grade, third grade, special education, and now serving as the campus Humanities Instructional Coach. Mrs. Mixon has also served in various leadership roles, including Engagement Lead, Design Team Member, Process Champion (leading PCE’s first Capturing Kids’ Hearts family night), and Mentor Teacher. She has participated in Exceptional Leaders I & II.
Mixon graduated from McMurry University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. She continued her education, earning a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2020. She and her husband, Henry, are proud parents to two children, Brynlee and their newest addition, Ryan. In their free time, they enjoy spending quality time together as a family, often accompanied by their two lovable dogs, Nala and Malcolm.

Instructional Coach
Lori Keefe
Email Lori KeefeLori Keefe has proudly served Splendora ISD since 2019, with Peach Creek Elementary being her home throughout her journey. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Sam Houston State University and has valuable teaching experience in 3rd and 6th grade.
Mrs. Keefe has served as an engagement lead and has contributed to campus-wide initiatives as a member of the campus design team. She is dedicated to empowering staff and building student confidence, especially in math. She and her husband, David, have a two-year-old named Mallory and enjoy spending time in the kitchen baking. Keefe is proud to be part of the Peach Creek family and is dedicated to supporting the campus's continued success.

Program Facilitator
Patricia Tillery, M.Ed.
Email Patricia TilleryPatricia Tillery graduated from Stephen F. Austin with a Bachelor's Degree in Education for ELAR 4-8th and earned her Master's Degree in Educational Leadership with Principal Certification in May 2019. She began her career in 2005 as a 7th- and 8th-grade reading and language arts teacher in Splendora ISD. In 2015, she became an instructional specialist at SJH/Splendora High School. In 2019, Mrs. Tillery became the SJH Programs Facilitator. During the summer of 2022, she became an assistant principal at Peach Creek Elementary. For the 2026-2027 school year, Mrs. Tillery will be the Programs Facilitator. She and her husband, Wade, have been married since 2007 and have two boys, Lane and Nathan.
